What To Expect

When You Call...

We Listen. We Care. We Help.

Your call is important to us. We know that you need real help and support. That is why we take a straightforward approach when you call.  During each conversation, three important issues are routinely addressed:

YOUR SAFETY.  
We ask: "Are you safe?"

If you are not safe, we need you to tell us. Your safety is our top concern.

02.

YOUR LOCATION. 

We ask: "Where are you located?"  We need to know so we can connect you to the nearest resources. Resource availability is often based on geographic service boundaries. The situation may feel complicated but we are here to help you navigate. Our goal is to remove confusion by aligning your needs with providers who are available to serve you.

03.

YOUR INSURANCE STATUS. 

We are often asked: "Is insurance required?"  You DO NOT have to have insurance to receive help. Our goal is to match you with available resources. Insurance is NOT required. 

We want you to know: You Have Rights.
